Lithuania to Poland

We are travelling on The Baltic Way. This refers to a peaceful political demonstration that occurred in 1989. Around 2 million people joined hands in a human chain along the 620km of road from Tallin to Riga to Vilnius. This showed their committment to regaining independence for the three Baltic states.
